The funny thing is that I know what happens after this, but as much as I would enjoy it I think it should probably be its own thing by itself. There are a bunch of folkways around a Lookouts’ sword coming back to the village, and a few more surprises, but that’s something we can get into at some point in the future when the real world becomes too stupid to write about. Again.
I played a couple rounds of Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked for a sponsored thingy with Resolution Games, and when I went to get the link for you off the Steam Page I saw that they were using our stream up at the top! I dunno. Felt cool. The only thing their previous game didn’t have was the actual D&D License, but even without it the game evoked it to a T – sort of the way the OG animu Record Of Lodoss War is somehow more D&D than even D&D is. This is a Larian-tier collab in terms of people simply understanding the assignment and taking money to promote it is the easiest money I’ve made all year.

I’ll probably play it in VR or AR when it actually hits, but the “flat screen” demo has the tilt shift diorama crap that I can’t get enough of. If you like what you see, consider dropping a Wishlist on them – that’s basically the coin of the realm for Indies now, a way to stand against the tide. I didn’t know it was like that, I thought it was just a bit of personal bookkeeping. But talking to people who make games for living, it is definitely, definitely like that.
