If you are welcomed into the chaos that is a restaurant staff, then buckle up for a wild ride. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that a lot of drama goes on within the staff, even within staff of neighboring establishments! It can be fun or it can be excruciating. It all depends on the staff you start working with. Are they welcoming or not inclusive? 

In the case of this newly hired server, he found out that this staff was not going to welcome them into their pack. So what did he do? Well, he tried his darnedest for the first part of his training, but by the end… Well, he quit before he was working the floor on his own.
